We ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of research materials and quality control requirements, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns of research compounds once shipped. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for:
- Items damaged during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence)
- Incorrect items received (must be reported within 48 hours)
- Orders canceled before shipment
Refund requests must be submitted to our support team with your order number and documentation. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
