Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about COAs, Janoshik testing, shipping, ordering, payment, storage, and research-use-only policies.

How much is shipping?

FREE shipping on every order. No minimum, no exceptions. Orders ship within 1-2 business days.

Are your peptides tested?

Every documented batch is verified through independent third-party testing. BatchTrace: scan vial QR → match batch code → verify Janoshik report. COAs are available on each product page and in our COA & Batch Verification Ledger.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

Current checkout options include credit card payment and credit/debit card invoice request. Available payment methods may vary by order and compliance requirements.

Is packaging discreet?

Yes. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging for product protection and privacy — no product names or descriptions on the exterior. There is a small chameleon sticker because we couldn’t help ourselves, but it doesn’t reference any contents.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns. If there’s an issue (damaged, defective, or missing), contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.

How do I contact support?

Email [email protected] or use the chat widget on our site — you’ll probably meet Kai, our AI assistant. He’s fast, friendly, and surprisingly knowledgeable about peptides. If he can’t help, a real human will follow up within 24 hours.

Can I track my order?

Yes — you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track directly on the carrier’s website.

What is the Chameleon Club?

Our loyalty program. Create a free account, track your progress, and unlock free storage cases as you level up. Learn more →

Quality & Sourcing

How we source, test, and maintain the standards behind every vial

What are research peptides?

Short chains of amino acids used in laboratory and preclinical research. They’re tools for studying biological processes — from tissue biology to metabolic pathways to cellular signaling. Every peptide we sell is for research use only.

How do I verify purity?

Documented batches are independently tested by Janoshik Analytical. We publish batch-specific COA rows with HPLC purity, mass spectrometry identity, amount, endotoxin, heavy metals, or other screens where those tests were ordered. BatchTrace: scan vial QR → match batch code → verify Janoshik report through our COA & Batch Verification Ledger and the linked Janoshik records.

How should peptides be stored?

Lyophilized (powder) peptides store at room temperature short-term, refrigerated long-term. Once reconstituted in a laboratory setting, peptides require refrigeration and protection from light and humidity. Our storage cases are designed for exactly this.

Where are your peptides sourced?

We work with ISO 9001 certified manufacturers. Yes, synthesis happens in China — because that’s where it happens for the entire industry. The difference is verification. Every batch gets independently tested before we stock it.

How do you maintain batch consistency?

We test incoming batches separately, maintain batch documentation, and add packaging or supplier-cycle notes when they matter. If a supplier’s quality dips, we switch. Our catalog is curated, not comprehensive — we’d rather sell verified products than products we can’t vouch for.

Research & Science

Compound information and analytical methods — for educational purposes only

What is GLP-1S?
GLP-1S is a GLP-1 receptor agonist — a synthetic peptide that mimics the incretin hormone GLP-1. It consists of 31 amino acids with a C-18 fatty acid chain modification that extends its half-life. Research has demonstrated its effects on glucose receptor signaling, receptor binding studies, and cardiovascular parameters. CAS: 910463-68-2.
What is GLP-1T?
GLP-1T is a dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist composed of 39 amino acids. It activates both glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) and GLP-1 receptors, making it unique among incretin-based compounds. Research focuses on its effects on metabolic pathway research and metabolic pathway modulation. CAS: 2023788-19-2.
What is GLP-3R?
GLP-3R is a triple agonist targeting GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors simultaneously. This triple mechanism is being studied for its potential synergistic effects on energy expenditure and metabolic regulation. It represents the next generation of incretin-based research compounds. CAS: 2381089-83-2.
What is BPC-157?
BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a synthetic pentadecapeptide consisting of 15 amino acids derived from human gastric juice protein BPC. Research examines its cytoprotective properties across multiple tissue types, including gastrointestinal, musculoskeletal, and neurological models. CAS: 137525-51-0.
What is HPLC purity testing?
HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) is an analytical technique that separates, identifies, and quantifies components in a mixture. For peptides, it measures purity by detecting the target compound versus impurities. A result of 99%+ means the sample is at least 99% the target peptide with less than 1% impurities or degradation products.
What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
A COA is a lab report documenting the specific tests performed on a specific batch. Identity, purity, amount, endotoxin, heavy metals, and sterility are separate scopes. A report proves only what is listed on that report; sterility is not tested unless a sterility report is present.
What is mass spectrometry?
Mass spectrometry measures the mass-to-charge ratio of ions to identify compounds. For peptides, it confirms that the molecular weight matches the expected value — proving the compound is what it claims to be. This is separate from purity testing; it verifies identity rather than concentration.
What does “Research Use Only” mean?
Research Use Only (RUO) means the product is intended exclusively for laboratory research, scientific investigation, and educational purposes. RUO products have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy in humans. They are not drugs, supplements, or food products, and are not intended for human or animal consumption.
