Research Material Sales Policy
Due to the nature of research compounds and strict quality control requirements, all sales are final. Once an order has shipped, we cannot accept returns. This policy exists to protect the integrity of research materials โ we cannot guarantee the storage conditions or handling of returned compounds. For safety and contamination prevention reasons, opened or used products cannot be accepted for return under any circumstances.
Exceptions
We understand that issues can occur during shipping. We will review refund or replacement requests in the following situations:
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged during transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging
- Description of the damage
We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and send the correct item or issue a full refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they are shipped. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on weekdays are typically shipped the same day, so cancellation requests must be submitted promptly.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is delivered to the address provided, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Contact the carrier directly to open an investigation
- Contact us and we will assist with the carrier claim process
We recommend using a secure delivery location for all orders.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipment to a corrected address will be at the customers expense.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5โ10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team constitutes a violation of these Terms. We maintain detailed records of all transactions, shipping confirmations, and delivery tracking. Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with full documentation, and the customer’s account will be permanently suspended.
