Brief Description

CJC-1295 (NO DAC) — more precisely Modified GRF(1-29) — is a short-acting GHRH receptor analog used in research on pulsatile GH-axis signaling. “NO DAC” means it does not include the albumin-binding Drug Affinity Complex found on CJC-1295 DAC, so its research profile is shorter and more pulse-like rather than sustained over days. Batch 001 COA testing is in progress; this product remains gated until results are complete and approved. For research use only — not for human consumption.

CJC-1295 (NO DAC), commonly referred to as Modified GRF(1-29), is a 29-amino-acid analog of the active N-terminal fragment of human growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It is used in laboratory research focused on GHRH receptor signaling, GH-axis pulsatility, and comparisons between short-acting and albumin-binding GHRH analogs.

DAC vs. NO DAC — what changes?

DAC stands for Drug Affinity Complex. In CJC-1295 DAC, an albumin-binding maleimide group is added so the peptide can associate with serum albumin and remain in circulation much longer. NO DAC means that albumin-binding group is absent. The no-DAC form is therefore studied as a shorter-acting, more pulse-like GHRH analog, while the DAC form is studied for sustained exposure over a multi-day window.
