Batch 001 samples are currently in third-party testing. This product is gated and will not be released until testing is complete and approved.
CJC-1295 (NO DAC), commonly referred to as Modified GRF(1-29), is a 29-amino-acid analog of the active N-terminal fragment of human growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It is used in laboratory research focused on GHRH receptor signaling, GH-axis pulsatility, and comparisons between short-acting and albumin-binding GHRH analogs.
DAC vs. NO DAC — what changes?
DAC stands for Drug Affinity Complex. In CJC-1295 DAC, an albumin-binding maleimide group is added so the peptide can associate with serum albumin and remain in circulation much longer. NO DAC means that albumin-binding group is absent. The no-DAC form is therefore studied as a shorter-acting, more pulse-like GHRH analog, while the DAC form is studied for sustained exposure over a multi-day window.
