Everything you need to know about ordering from Chameleon Peptides
How much is shipping?
FREE shipping on every order. No minimum, no exceptions. Orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Are your peptides tested?
Every batch is verified by independent third-party labs. COAs are available on each product page and our Lab Reports page.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express arrives in 1–3 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency. Additional payment methods coming soon.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging for product protection and privacy — no product names or descriptions on the exterior. There is a small chameleon sticker because we couldn’t help ourselves, but it doesn’t reference any contents.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns. If there’s an issue (damaged, defective, or missing), contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.
How do I contact support?
Email support@chameleonpeptides.com or use the chat widget on our site — you’ll probably meet Kai, our AI assistant. He’s fast, friendly, and surprisingly knowledgeable about peptides. If he can’t help, a real human will follow up within 24 hours.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track directly on the carrier’s website.
